What do I need in order to take the Vocabulary Class?
2. All I see is a blank page. Why?

4. I have a technical problem, but do not know
what it is. How can I get help?
Should you experience technical difficulties, please be patient: most of the time it is something simple that can be fixed easily. Read through the FAQ on our website: the solution can usually be found here.
If you cannot find a solution, please send an e-mail to admin@LearnPlus.com and explain, as precisely as you can, what is wrong. Include each of the following:
the code of the error you received, if an alert box popped up
on your screen (e.g. # IDXML202, etc.)
If you do not know how to find out the above information, please tell us and we will try to find out together. In any case, do give us all the pertinent information you can (e.g. what appears on the page when you try to log into the Vocabulary Class or take the Quick Tour, at what point you get stuck, etc.)
