| 1. What do I need in order to take the Idioms
Class? To take advantage of all the features of the Idioms Class, you should also be equipped with audio hardware (sound card) and speakers or headphones/headset. Please keep the option "enable JavaScript" selected in your browser's preferences as well. |

3. I've installed Flash, but I seem to have problems
with it. What can I do? You can also visit the troubleshooting area in the Macromedia Flash Player Support Center here. For help about the Flash Settings Manager, please refer to the Macromedia documentation here. |

4. I have a technical problem, but do not know
what it is. How can I get help? Should you experience technical difficulties, please be patient: most of the time it is something simple that can be fixed easily. Read through these FAQ: the solution can usually be found here. If you cannot find a solution, please send us an e-mail to admin@LearnPlus.com and explain, as precisely as you can, what is wrong. Include each of the following: the code of the error you received, if an alert box popped up
on your screen (e.g. # IDXML202, etc.) If you do not know how to find out the above information, please tell us and we will try to find out together. In any case, do give us all the pertinent information you can (e.g. what appears on the page when you try to log in or take the Free Trial, at what point you get stuck, etc.) |
