1. How do I enroll?
It is easy: use our secure online enrollment form. Select German Idioms Class; you will be guided step by step through the registration process. Once payment has been received, you will be e-mailed the information necessary to access the class.
2. What are the fees and what period of time do they cover?
To see the right amount of the class fee, please select German Idioms Class and your currency on the fees page. The fee payment covers a period of three months (90 days). When the initial three-month period expires, you have the opportunity to extend the enrollment month by month.
3. Which payment methods are accepted? Are they secure?
You can choose the payment method most convenient for you: credit card, debit card, check, bank draft, or money order. Your payment will be processed in a secure way using a specially designed online form that will encrypt your data. Information entered on the online form is not made available to any third party and cannot be viewed or intercepted by anyone else on the Web.
4. I've changed my e-mail address. Who should I notify?
It is very important that you notify us of any changes in the data you gave at the time of your enrollment (e.g. e-mail account, mailing address, etc.) Please send an e-mail to admin@LearnPlus.com stating the change (e.g. your new e-mail address) and we will send you a confirmation as soon as our records have been updated.
5. I forgot my User-ID. What do I do?
You can retrieve your User-ID automatically online. Simply click the
Forgot your User-ID? button, and follow the instructions on the screen.
