1. Can I try the language course before enrolling?

Absolutely! A quick tour and a complete interactive demonstration are available to give you the opportunity to evaluate the course and see how you like it before enrolling. If you have the latest Shockwave player, you can take all the interactive parts of a language lesson and have an in-depth look at the tutorial services: you can go through the grammar introduction, take the interactive drills, do the practice exercises, play our unique learning games, have a look at the lesson multimedia test, and learn more about the tutorial services you can receive during the online course.

2. Can I test my knowledge of the language before enrolling?

Yes! If you are not an "absolute beginner" and wish to determine your knowledge of German or Spanish, you can take our free Level Check.
The Level Check is not a simple multiple choice self-assessment: it puts your grammar, vocabulary, spelling, and listening comprehension skills to the test in an interactive way. You receive a complete correction of the Level Check and an evaluation of your language knowledge.
We offer this interactive language assessment completely free of charge.

3. How do I enroll?

It is easy: once you select the language course in which you are interested, you will find all the information necessary to sign up. You will be guided step by step to the online form provided for your enrollment and fee payment.
Once the payment process has been completed, you will receive a password that will guarantee your access to the language lessons and the tutorial services, according to the fee you have paid.
Please note that you cannot sign up for the tutorial services if you have not enrolled in the German lessons or the Spanish course first!

4. What are the fees?

5. What period of time does the fee cover?

The fee payment covers a period of three months (90 days).
You can enroll in the course and the tutorial services at the same time, or you can sign up for the assistance of a tutor at a later date. In either case, when the initial three-month period expires, you will have the opportunity to extend the enrollment month by month.
Please note that the tutorial services are available only for those enrolled in the language lessons. If you wish to receive the support of the language tutor but your enrollment in the course has expired, you should renew your enrollment in the lessons when you sign up for the tutor.

6. What features are included in each fee?

7. Should I enroll in a course and sign up for the tutorial services at the same time?

You can start by enrolling in the lessons and sign up for the tutorial services at a later date, or keep studying without the assistance of a tutor. If you do not have much time to devote to the course, or if you simply need an easy-to-use learning aid to brush up on your language skills, the language lessons alone could fit the purpose. However, to obtain the best results and be able to take advantage of all our special features, you should sign up for both the lessons and the tutorial services. In this way you will transform your learning experience into a long-lasting knowledge and your language skills into a real asset.

8. Which payment methods are accepted? Are they secure?

You will be able to choose the payment method most convenient for you: credit card, debit card, check, bank draft, or money order.
Your payment will be processed in a secure way using a specially designed online form that will encrypt your data. Information entered on the online form is not made available to any third party, and cannot be viewed or intercepted by anyone else on the Web.

9. Can I get a refund if I cannot take the course or use the tutorial services?

A refund of your tuition fee is obtainable only if you do not use, at any time, the features that are part of the tutorial services. We must also receive your request for a refund before the expiration date of the ninety-day period covered by the tuition fee payment. There will be no refund of lessons-only fees.

10. What happens if the fees change after my enrollment?

You will always be kept posted about any changes affecting the LearnPlus website as a whole. While you will also be informed of any change that has occurred in the fee scheme, these changes will not affect you during the period covered by the payment you made or following renewals.

11. I've changed my e-mail address. Who should I notify?

It is very important that you notify us of any changes in the data you gave at the time of your enrollment (e.g. e-mail account, mailing address, etc.)
Please send an e-mail to admin@LearnPlus.com stating the change (e.g. your new e-mail address) and we will send you a confirmation as soon as our records have been updated.

12. I forgot my password. What do I do?

In our new program (Deutsch 1) you can retrieve your password automatically online. Otherwise, please send an e-mail to admin@LearnPlus.com reporting the problem. You will be given further instructions as to how to proceed.
